  • Francesco Magari
    PE Teacher

    Francesco has joined BSW from Bolton in the North West of England. Before moving to Poland, Francesco studied at Edge Hill University gaining a BA Hons degree in Physical Education & School Sport before going on to complete his Primary PGCE at the University of Manchester. Francesco has worked in both primary and secondary schools in the UK for the past five years before being employed by BSW.

    This year Francesco will be working to develop the school’s forest school programme.

  • Krzysztof Markiewicz
    PE Teacher/ Gymnastics

    Holds the Physical Education Bachelor’s degree of Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw. Won Polish Team Academic Championships in Artistic Gymnastics and placed 2. in individual competition.
    Primary school sports coach in artistic gymnastics, yoga instructor (both children and adults), corrective gymnastics instructor, swimming instructor, science educator, lifesaver in Volunteer Water Rescue Service.
    Combines all his education fields for harmonious skills development of his students. His work with children has started 7 years ago in The Little Gym Warsaw, with bilingual (English - Polish) gymnastics classes for children. This experience gave him opportunity to master his skills as a sports coach. Currently gives classes for children and adults who are interested in artistic gymnastics, and those mastering in other disciplines (football, karate, dancing, acting), providing gymnastic skills that improve the core training. Takes part in workshops and trainings run by international and polish artistic gymnastics
    professionals. Recently started to master in medical training.

  • Emilia Cholewicka
    Ballet & Dance Instructor

    Graduated from State Ballet School in Warsaw, is a professional dancer and a ballet teacher for the last 8 years. She was working with choreographers like: Jacek Tyski, Kaya Kołodziejczyk or Marta Ziółek, dancing on stages such as Polish National Opera, Teatr Muzyczny Roma or SemperOper in Dresden. She is a PhD student at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Culture Economics), where in 2018 she was conferred MA degree with highest distinction. Her current research concerns economical and gender aspects of the ballet labor in Poland. She is a scholarship holder of the Minister of Science and Higher Education, as well as the Rector and Dean of the SWPS University.  Since she was six, her life revolves around dance, either if it is an artistic, performing activity, teaching or scientific inquiry.

    Tennis Instructor
